Indian Yorkstone is known as such because it often resembles in tone the old York Stone paving which was so removed from our towns and villages. It is making a comback and this cheaper alternative is very popular in period homes around the country.The sawn variety is a pale fairly consistent grey buff. It has a smooth flat surface.
It is suitable for terrace, patio or.driveway and can be used in any exterior situation.
Easy to maintain. Give it a spring clean with a hose, brush and detergent. There are several products on the market to remove algae growth which can be done annually.
