Dorset limestone has fine shells and fossils in the face of the stone. It has the appearance of a sandy beach just as the tide has gone out.This version has a tumbled uneven worn surface and edges to give the appearance of an old English stone floor. It is very hard and makes a very harmonious finish warm but with some interest.

Available in both 15 and 30mm for inside outside continuous look .

It is one of our stones available in a huge format random lengths x 500mm and will look absolutely fantastic in the right house.

Limestone is much easier to maintain than many would have you believe. It is advisable not to use traditional bathroom cleaners and scourers, but instead a mild ph soap. There are specialist soaps available such as Easy Care but many supermarkets now supply a Marseilles type soap for use on natural materials such as limestone, marble and wood.
