Modica is a very hard golden beige stone and comes in huge random lengths by a fantastic 600 width brushed and 900 x 600 tumbled. This is a seriously good price for such a massive flagstone and it is indestructable.
It is available in these two huge sizes from stock.It is suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and wall tiling and flooring of any nature and also exteriior application.
Outside it will oxidise and pecome a pale creamy colour. The sandy colour comes out when it is wet. .
Large Format
Marble is much easier to maintain than many would have you believe. It is advisable not to use traditional bathroom cleaners and scourers, but instead a mild ph soap. There are specialist soaps available such as Easy Care but many supermarkets now supply a Marseilles type soap for use on natural materials such as limestone, marble and wood.
